Primary Role: Manage eCRM Email projects, working with Scrum Manager to
facilitate workflow to achieve weekly email drops, up to hiring manager and
director level. Looking for someone who has worked with Strongmail email
tool, Marketo or other Large Volume Email Tools.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Comfortable with MS Excel, PPT, Access and all
other office management software. Skills with analytics, reporting and
summarize of traditional email/web channel tracking. Ability to run general
SQL queries (customer data). Strong communication, drafting and editing
skills. Experience working with Email Systems and tools is a must.
Strongmail experience is highly desirable (really, it's required).
DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Ability to multi-task and run multiple programs,
or support other team members. Some HTML is desired. Experience working with
Strongmail Email Systems is a huge plus.
REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL SKILLS (non-technical skills): Candidate should have a
background in Email Project Management workflow, or general Marketing
program management, preferably in the Saas business space. Should be
comfortable interfacing with other departments which running various phases
in project lifecycle (web developers, creative directors, customer care
teams, project managers, editors, social media groups, customer insights,
etc.)
