the future, seeking driven players who can grow along with us. Currently,
we are seeking Technical Support for consumer electronics products. This
role has general responsibility for providing customer support on a daily
basis.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers, including but not limited to
answering customers’ emails and phone calls, posting answers to customers’
questions online.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving in
consumer electronics products
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Research required information using available resources
Test the new products in development and derive the technical
specification.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product inquiries
Qualifications:
A 4-year bachelor degree or above
Have strong knowledge in consumer electronics
Must be a strong team player with a personal commitment toward the
business and its customers.
