Will be responsible for business travel and leisure tour operations, event
planning and implementation, Office admin and etc.
1. Itinerary design, quotation and travel conduct
2. Supplier management and relationship maintenance,
3. Hotel/transportation/dining reservation and dispatch,
4. Interpretation (EN-CH),
Qualifications:
1. Being eligible to work in the United States;
2. Bilingual: Native Mandarin Chinese speaker with excellent English
skills
3. Good communication skills (to deal with tough clients) and team player
, pay great attention to details
4. Previous travel industry working experience is highly appreciated, but
not mandatory;
5. Previous International management and/or event planning experience are
preferred, but not mandatory;
6. Website design skill is a surplus, but not mandatory
Compensation:
Salary will be discussed based on the candidate's working experience and
probation periods may apply; Volunteers and Internship are welcome to apply
for the tour operator position.
Location:
Office is located on South Michigan Ave (South Loop) within walking distance
to McCormick Place, Soldier Field, Lakefront and China Town.

Will be able to create, design and manage Chinese professional training
programs and Student Summer Programs, and coordinate with tour operators and
office admin. Currently projects include Environmental and Safety Control
Program (ESCP), Ethic Training and Corruption Prevention Program (ETCPP),
and Student Art of Science Summer Camp (SASSC)
Qualifications:
1. Being eligible to work in the US
2. Strong project development skills with creative ideas, previous
experiences are required
3. Require bilingual (EN-CH): Native Mandarin Chinese speaker with
excellent English skills
4. Excellent communication with great negotiation skills and a team
player,
Compensation:
Salary will be discussed based on the candidate's working experience.
Qualifiers will have 3-6 month probation periods. Volunteer and Internship
