Design and construction management has an opening for a talented and detail
-oriented Project Architect to become an integral part of our awarding-
wining architectural team to work on our ongoing and upcoming project that
allow to bring designs to life by using your skills and talents to assist
the project architect bring a project from concept, through design, to
completion. Great opportunity to grow with the company and learn many new
skills, become an expert in many areas that you may be able to use
throughout your whole career.
Candidates must be proficient in CAD and possess relevant experience.
Candidate should be able to take direction, work independently, be a team
player, gracefully handle changing and evolving directives, and have the
ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Communicate with MEP &
Structural engineers, review and work on shop drawings.

The successful candidate will have:
· Bachelor or Master in Architecture or related field preferred.
· Experience in the design of large commercial or Mixed-use project with a
comprehensive and working knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning
regulations.
· Highly developed skills and talent in Auto CAD.
· Experience of drafting of projects, picking up red lines, permit drawings
, and shop drawings is a plus.
· Able to prioritize & concurrently service multiple projects & meet
deadlines.
· Strong ability to detail and manage production of multiple complex
projects is a must.
· Resolve complex technical and design issues.
· Detail oriented to ensure that drawings match both designs and estimates
to eliminate inaccuracies during production.
· Effective problem solving & interpersonal skills & ability to interface
with all clients & employees.
· Ability to communicate professionally with clients, engineers,
consultants and contractors.
· Interacts well with other disciplines & clients in a manner that builds
productive relationships.
· Team player capable of working with a diverse team environments.
· Fluent in Chinese and English
