Job Description:
• Maintains contact with existing customers as well as develop new
customers;
• Resolves customer complaints or questions by investigating problems,
developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to
management;
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending
educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing
personal networks;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed.
• Prepare and give presentations to explain the company’s products,
service, and strategies;
• The company provides OPT internship opportunities and can sponsor H-
1B visa.
Qualifications:
• Master or PhD degree in immunology, antibody engineering, cell
biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, protein crystallization, and other
relevant fields;
• PhD degree with 1-3 years post-doctoral experience preferred;
• 1-3 years of relevant industry experience (biotech, pharmaceutical)
preferred;
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, must speak
both Chinese/Mandarin and English;
• Excited to work in a hyper-growth company;
• Extremely motivated and be willing to work in a fast-paced
environment, and hard-working team;
• Committed and enthusiastic about the company’s mission and programs;
• Resourceful and flexible;
