发帖数: 34 | 1 The Senior Accountant reports to the Controller and CFO. Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to, general ledger accountability, and
financial reporting, as well as other duties/special projects as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
• Record bills in accordance with US GAAP
• Review expense reports for all departments
• Generate 1099’s for suppliers at year-end
• Maintain roll-forward fixed asset schedule and prepare monthly
depreciation entries
• Assist with budgets preparation and variance analysis
• Assist with month-end account reconciliations
• Assist Controller in preparing financial statements and
supporting schedules
• Other duties as assigned by the Controller and CFO
Qualification Requirements:
• Bilingual: Chinese and English speaking is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or minimum of 5 years
of Accounting experience or equivalent
• Preferably work knowledge in ERP systems as well as Microsoft
Office Suites (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Must have strong sense of confidentiality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving
skills.
• Detailed oriented, self-starter, team player
• Work well under pressure
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
• Multi-tasking skill is a must
• Must be well-organized
