Anchor Real Estate Capital Management is a company that had a successful
operation in China Real Estate investment sector. It is now actively seeking
investment opportunities in the U.S., focusing on residential real estate
development.
The position requires the individual with a mix of technology, real estate
and analytical skill sets and to have experience within the real estate
market, working knowledge of technology including financial modeling and
market study and an understanding of basic accounting concepts. Prior
experience within a real estate fund manager, property management,
consulting or property development environment is highly desired. The role
will play an integral part in supporting the business in the U.S. through
analyzing and structuring various new investment opportunities.
Qualifications:
Minimum three years real estate investment experience in either
the U.S. or China
Strong analytical, research and communication skills
Understanding of investment analysis with a high proficiency in
financial modeling, excellent PC skills, particularly strong knowledge of
Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Proficient in English and Mandarin
Self-motivated
Office based in L.A./Irvine
Must be willing to travel |
