发帖数: 13 | 1 We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the localization
and expansion of our already existing product line. You will be the bridge
between the tech and business sides within the company and work with a
Product Management team in China.
A background in Content Delivery is not required to be successful in this
position. It is crucial though that you understand basic concepts around
data transfer and are able to learn the details to our industry quickly.
As we are an early stage startup, your role initially will both have
strategic and tactical facets. Excellent cross-cultural communication,
negotiation and influencing skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities
Define the product strategy and roadmap
Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding
justification
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
Be an expert with respect to the competition
Act as a leader within the company
Required Skills
Bi-lingual English-Simplified Chinese is required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
Technical background, with experience in Internet Infrastructure
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the
past
