- Ability to develop software solutions in OOP languages (C, C++, C#, Java,
etc), scripting languages (Python, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Angular.js,
JavaScript, Backbone.js, Perl, Swift, etc), and modern HTML/CSS
- Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web
framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC, etc) Adequate knowledge of
relational databasesystems/noSQL databases, Object Oriented Programming, web
and mobile application development
- Experience developing RESTful services and APIs Familiar with the
latest software engineering development trends, techniques, and technologies
- Familiar with software engineering tools (Git, Jira, stash, Debuggers, etc
) - Familiar with modern software engineering principles and techniques (
Continuous integration, Continuous Deployment, Test Driven Development, etc)
- Ability to document requirements and specifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject/work
