Technical Support
Qualifications:
· Bilingual in Chinese and English is required, Korean is PLUS;
· Good Communication Skills;

Responsibilities:
· Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers;
guiding client through corrective steps.
· Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
· Participates in development of client training programs by identifying
learning issues; recommending instructional language.
· Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
· Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
· Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities;
maintaining personal networks.
· Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing
related results as needed.
Hours:
·9am to 6pm, M-F

Front Office
Sales & marketing:
Qualifications:
·Multiple languages in preferred, but not required;
· Self-motivated with positive attitude;
· Ability to work independently without constant supervision;
· Good Communication Skills;
· Previous cold-calling/face-to-face sales experience a PLUS;
· Previous experience in the Merchant Service industry a PLUS;
Responsibilities:
· Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts
by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or
potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
· Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales
outlet or trade factor.
· Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of
dealers.
· Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
· Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports,
such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual
territory analyses.
· Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on
pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising
techniques, etc.
· Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results
and competitive developments.
· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing
solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal
networks; participating in professional societies.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Hours:
·10:30am to 5:30pm, M-F
