We are currently seeking a full time Bookkeeper. The ideal person will
possess outstanding written and verbal skills, excellent analytical skills,
and exceptional organization skills. Since we are working with vendors
overseas, fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is a must.
Duties include, but not limited to the following:
Maintain computerized accounts payable, accounts receivables, prepare
journal entries, bank reconciliations for major vendor accounts.
Review purchase orders against invoices for accuracy
Develop and maintain various Excel spreadsheets for financial analyses,
reconciliation and reports
Prepare various forms, reports and documents as instructed
Maintain accurate records of vendor activities and correspondence
Daily reconciliation of credit cards and paypal payments
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
Qualifications:
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Esp. Excel, Word),
Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, and Thoroughness
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in US
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (Chinese) |
