Patent Agent/Specialist position – Full-time/Part-time
Overview:
Responsibilities will include drafting/translating patent applications in
numerous fields of technology, mostly electronics, computer, semiconductor,
and information technology (IT), and supporting patent attorneys on all
prosecution matters in the USPTO and other patent matters.
Qualification Summary:
- Superior writing skills
- Background in electrical, computer, materials, or mechanical engineering
- Advanced degree required
- Fluency in English and Chinese, bilingual
- Patent preparation/prosecution experience preferred, but not required
