海外部生物信息分析工程师

岗位职责：
1.负责海外部二代测序数据收集、分析；
2.保障海外部项目工作顺利完成；
3.及时总结项目的完成情况，确认最终交付数据；
4.参与与国外客户沟通数据分析细节、方案；
5.负责协助项目经理完成国外客户售后问题。
岗位要求：
1.生物信息学（Bioinformatics）/信息学（Computational Science）/统计学（
Statistic）/遗传学（Genetics）等相关专业硕士及以上学历，有留学背景者优先；
2.掌握至少一门生物信息常用的编程语言（python/perl/R/C/C++/java）；
3.熟悉Linux操作系统、数据结构，及常用统计学方法；
4.熟练掌握常用信息学工具（BLAST/ClustalW/Genome/Browser）和资源（NCBI
Genebank/SwissProt/Gene Ontology）；
5.能够查阅、解读英文生物文献，具有一定的英语书面表达能力；
6.有良好的团队合作精神，态度积极，乐观开朗；
7.有高通量生物芯片数据分析、二代高通量测序数据分析、生物信息学分析工作经验者

Bioinformatics Specialist
Location: Beijing, China
Job description
-The Bioinformatics Specialist will consult with researchers to analyze
problems, recommend technology-based solutions, or determine computational
strategies.;
-He/she will oversee the collection and analysis of high throughput
sequencing data generated by Novogene or other research groups;
-He/she will provide customized solutions in data analysis directly to our
customers and also assist in any after sales problems.
Qualifications
- Master degree or above in Bioinformatics, Computer science, Statistic,
Genetics or related discipline;
- Experience with at least one bioinformatics programming languages is
required. (Python, Perl, C, C++, Java) ;
- Experience with next-generation sequencing data analysis is preferred;
- Good oral and verbal English communication skills;
- Ability to work efficiently on a teamwork frame.
