A. Sales Manager 销售经理
As a new comer in the US market, SNS Food LLC is founded in 2015 as the
whole-owned subsidiary of Chengdu SNS biotechnology Ltd. Company to develop
the US market for Chinese flavors, condiments and cooking sauces. As a key
member of management team to grow the business in US, the sales manager will
be the leading staff to develop and execute the sales strategy in US market
for the company products.

Major responsibilities: 主要职责
Develop the sales channels in US market for company’s products; 开发美国市
场销售渠道
Recruit and lead sales representatives in target US market; 建立和领导销售团队
Develop sales plan to reach sales target; 制定销售计划达到销售目标
Build relationships with grocery stores, restaurants and other business
clients; 同零售业、餐饮业和其他相关行业客户建立和维护关系
Other tasks/projects assigned by the managing director; 由总经理交办的其他事

Qualification and Skills: 资格和技能要求
Must be fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English, both in written and
spoken; 中英文流利（书面和口语）
Must have 4-year college degree; 大学本科
Must have 3-year experience in sales management role，preferably in
wholesale/retail food business 至少3年的销售管理经验, 有食品批发/零售行业经
验更佳
Major in business and related discipline; 商业及相关专业
5-year or more work experience in a sales role in retail, food service,
restaurant industry preferred; 在零售、食品、餐饮等行业5年销售工作经验
Self-motivated and ability to work independently; 能自我激励并独立工作
Ability to travel up to 25% of work time; 旅行出差时间可能会达25%；

B. Sales Representative 销售代表
Sales Representative develops and manages client accounts with the target to
drive up the sales. S/he reports to the sales manager and manages the
direct communication with clients. 销售代表开发和管理客户账户，目标为提高销

Major responsibilities: 主要职责
Execute sale tasks and targets set by the company; 执行公司制定的销售任务和

Work with sales manager to develop specific sales plans for his/her clients;

C. Business Analyst
As a new comer in the US market, SNS Food LLC is founded in 2015 at Houston
Texas as the whole-owned subsidiary of Chengdu SNS biotechnology Ltd.
Company to develop the US market for Chinese flavors, condiments and cooking
sauces. The business analyst will be working with multiple functional teams
on various data analysis projects, including but not limited to sales data
analysis, Google / Facebook ad analysis, product safety stock analysis and
etc.

发美国市场设立的全资子公司。商业分析师将协同销售团队、网络销售团队和供应链团
队处理各种数据分析项目，包括但不限于销售数据分析，谷歌脸书广告分析、安全库存
分析等.
Major responsibilities: 主要职责
Work with sales team to generate the sales data analysis report providing
insights into sales performance by sales channels, product lines and regions;
Work with internet team to generate the online ad report providing insights
into the online ad effectiveness such as CPC;
Work with the supply chain team to generate the reports on inventory and
logistic costs providing insights on safety stocks for each product;
Work with China headquarters and suppliers in China to track all shipments
from China to US
