Location: SF Bay Area, CA
Major Responsibilities:
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients, while
providing quality service.
• Completes loan applications, analyzes and pre-qualifies applicant
information, explains and communicates terms, provides guidance and
information and ensures all requirements are met.
• Provides complete loan package to processing team to insure loans
are efficient and closes and funds on time.
• Develops and maintains relationships with relevant parties like
realtors to promote mortgage lending opportunities
• Follows all company policies and procedures as well as compliance
regulations, and completes all required reports or job specific training.
• Performs other duties as required.
Desired Qualifications:
• Current or recent experience in residential mortgage lending with
successful mortgage sales production record
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Bilingual speaking proficiency in Chinese/English
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Strong work ethic
