Introduction of “Future Leaders” Program:
Country Garden’s “Future Leaders” Program is a corporate first priority
high level management employee training program, started from 2013. So far,
it has recruited over 300 top talents Globally, which are from schools as
MIT, Harvard, Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial College, the University of Tokyo,
National university of Singapore, University of Hongkong, Tsinghua
