Full-Time Position: 40 hours Per Week, Schedule: Shift Work 24/7, on Call.

BostonWise is a company that promotes Sino-US cultural and educational
exchanges. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solver
as our Guardian Center Director. The director is responsible for the
development, implementation, operation, and assessment of the student life
programs at a guardian center with approximately 10 international high
school students. The director will also lead, manage, train, and collaborate
with other staff members. The guardian center and its staff will provide
supervision as well as academic, social and personal support to the students
, such as after-school programs, study hall, life skills training, weekend
and holiday activities, and field trips. The position requires the director
to live on site and be prepared for potential emergency situations to ensure
students safety and well-being.
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or above in Psychology, Sociology, Child Development,
Education, or a closely related field. Fluent in both English and Chinese.
Prior working experience in residential life preferred. A valid driver’s
license required. Candidates may be subject to background check and drug
test. Before the commencement of employment, the director must be First Aid
and CPR/AED Certified.
