1.Job Summary
Report to: Crowdsourcing Test Manager
Cooperate with: R&D Department, Product Testing Center, ZTE USA Sales Dept.
and other related teams to prompt the user experience of handset product.
2.Roles and Responsibilities
1) Organizing, planning and implementing the Crowd sourcing Test and
Usability Test in US, responsible for the handset user experience
improvement
2) Recruiting friendly user, constructing, managing and maintaining the user
group
3) Organizing the Crowd sourcing Test and related activities, including the
prototype and questionnaire preparation, distribution and recovery, tracking
and analyzing the feedback
4) Submitting, push, verify and close the issues submitted by users.
5) Summarizing the user experience on product differentiation needs, based
on the distinct carriers projects
6) Exploring the new Crowd sourcing Test modes
3.Job requirements
1) Language: English and Chinese
2) Familiar with all kinds of the main brand handsets and rich experience
3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work
independently and with a group
4) Excellent analytical skills, understanding of user habits, a strong
information collection and collation analysis skills, good at analyzing
mobile product availability, ease of use, user behavior
Exceptional problem solving, creative, and communication skills; Self-
motivated and directed
4.Education
BA/BS or higher degree in User Behavior, User Experience, HCI, UI design,
Telecommunication or related fields |
