position. The student filling this position will have hands-on and authentic
learning experiences in a wide range of important duties in a public
accounting firm.
Job duties include assisting with:
--Individual/Corporate tax return filing
--Monthly/Quarterly payroll preparation
--Sales tax filing
--Financial statements audit/review
--Corporation forming/dissolving
--IRS/FTB/BOE audit representation
--Research on tax issues
--Bookkeeping
--Data entry
Requirements:
Applicants should be Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting majors with
proficiecy in Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail, the
ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills are all essential
to this position.
