manage a specific construction project and has expanded nationally to
facilitate the expansion of our key client’s businesses. Our strategy of
providing Concept to Completion service has enabled us to build

. Market segments in residential includes building new houses, additions,
and interior renovations such as kitchen, bath, deck and basement finish, in
Commercial area includes Apartment renovations, military housing upgrades
and new tenant interior build out.
工作职责：In the Assistant role you will play a key supportive part of our
team while also having unique opportunity to learn from some of the best in
the business. You will be called upon to lead weekly subcontractor, safety
and progress meetings where you will be able to take pride in your work. You
will also have the opportunity to grow relationships with owners,
inspection authorities as well as other key figures in the community. The
opportunities we offer to take on challenges and grow will inspire you. You
will ensure compliance with applicable code/safety regulations, and enforce
safety policies and Organize project records including: subcontracts, change
orders, permits, and drawings. You will be comfortable communicating your
ideas for improvement and sharing project status with clients and external
audiences as well as within your team.
经验要求：
Bachelor’s degree in construction management/related field or related
practice/training. Skilled with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Primavera
P6, and Procore. Comprehensive knowledge of construction codes and ordnances
. EIT accreditation desired.

Job requirement:
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving history and
successfully pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to climb 40
' ladders and lift and carry a minimum of 100 lbs. is required.
Must have the ability to work hands-on completing residential projects.
Candidate must also plan and prioritize tasks for projects and properly
delegate tasks to assistants. Good problem-solving skills are a must. Must
also have good interpersonal skills, as they are responsible for maintaining
and developing long-lasting working relationships with our clients and
maintaining good working relationships with co-workers.
Responsibilities include:
Work hands-on on a daily basis completing various new and addition home
projects.
Oversee daily project tasks and provide updates on project status and
progress to Project Manager on a daily basis.
Provide on-site daily instruction and guidance to an average of one to two
Laborers.
Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget and to the highest
quality standards, as well as to the complete satisfaction of both the
client and Project Manager.
Purchase materials and complete material take-off lists.
Submit project-related paperwork including material receipts and daily
reports.
Communicate clearly and effectively with Project Manager and clients.
Construction experience should include but is not necessarily limited to:
Bathroom & kitchen remodeling * Trim & custom carpentry
Painting (interior & exterior) * Tile installation (floor, wall, shower,
backsplash)
Framing (interior wall & decks) * Door & window replacement
Minor plumbing & electrical * Drywall repair, installation & finishing
Cabinetry installation * Hardwood & laminate flooring installation
