我司位于在硅谷Sunnyvale,目前需要诚聘 办公室设施行政全职一名.
Your primary duties will include, but not be limited to:
· Plan and manage yearly office expense budget planning & purchase
implementation
· Evaluate, prioritize and respond promptly to facilities-related inquiries
from employee
· Vendor management, sourcing, engage in bidding process for facility
service, building management, catering, janitorial, telecommunication and
security
· Assist with new employee onboarding and off boarding, including first day
set up, paper work preparation, and coordination with accounting staff and
IT
· Hands-on and be able to perform minor infrastructure improvements.
· Plan and organize meaningful activities that embody the company values to
help keep company members motivated including volunteering events, holiday
events and other special events
· Back up Front Desk for noon break
· Maintain safe, neat, and functioning office environment, including
interface with building management
· Ensure janitorial services are meeting measurable service standard and
report deficiency on a regular basis to the janitorial service provider
· Requires occasional lifting of heavy objects (20 pounds)
Qualifications
· AA/BA degree with minimum 3 years’related experience.
· Work requires consistent attention to detail, establishing priorities,
and meeting deadlines.
· Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. Chinese
language is a plus.
· Skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
· Good planning, organizational skills and a drive for neatness and clarity
· Ability to maintain flexible attitude and approach towards assignments
· Performs other related work as assigned.
