Job purpose
You will be supporting the operations of local facility and ensuring
consistency and alignment with the headquarter office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering
or referring inquiries.
Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving
instructions.
Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing
visitor badges.
Maintain telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions
for house phone and console operation.
Provide administrative support for meetings and events, such as preparing
coffee and tea, arranging room layout, setting up conference calls, etc.
Monitor office supplies and backfill as needed.
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules,
and regulations.
Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating
actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Support local office on other administrative duties.
Required Education and Experience
TelephoneSkills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening,
Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Phone
Skills,Supply Management
English and Chinese Mandarin bilingual
2+ years of receptionist or administrative assistant experience
Ability to handle pressure, multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changes
Willingness to learn |
