position of a drafter. The candidate will be responsible in assisting
engineer/architect to prepare construction drawings and/or documents, which
will be required to travel in five boroughs. The candidate must be a self﹎
otivated person and able to work independently. Knowledge in NYC Building
Code/Zoning Resolution is a plus, but not required. Bilingual (English/
Chinese) is preferred. Compensation is negotiable.
