Responsibilities:
· Designing and implementing sales strategy and plan.
· Establishing and leading the U.S sales team.
· Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully
managing the sales team.
· Pitching North America clients advertising and marketing in China.
· Working closely with account operation team to consistently bring
your clients creative, solution-oriented ideas and services.
Requirements:
· Strategic thinking, with an overall view of US digital marketing
industry.
· Nice to have years direct selling experience in media and digital
advertising sales.
· Proven relationships with direct clients as well as with local
senior agency leaders.
· Powerful sales, presentation and communication skill sets.
· A detailed knowledge of online media planning terms and KPIs
· Flexibility for travel (approx. 30%) in the United States and
occasionally international travel to China.
· Familiar with Chinese media and digital landscape is preferred. | j****8
