岗位职责：
1. 负责参与制定公司新技术平台和新技术产品研发的长期战略规划并实施；
2. 负责公司研发项目的年度计划及预算、组织实施、进展汇报、专利申请与产业转化；
3. 负责公司研发团队的建设、培训、督导及激励，提升整体业务水平，营造积极的氛
围；
4. 负责了解行业发展趋势，洞悉市场需求变化，主持制定技术发展战略规划；
5. 负责与公司各业务部门沟通协调，保障研发部门对业务部门的技术支持。
任职资格：
1. 生命科学博士学位，最好是分子生物学，合成生物学或相关学科；
2. 具备五年以上生物技术企业的研发工作经验，有海外工作经历者优先；
3. 具备勇于探索的科研精神及孜孜不倦学习新知识的能力；
4. 具备创新思维能力、团队领导力及战略规划能力；
5. 具备良好的团队合作精神及敬业精神。
6. 必须能够满足国外出差需求
Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and implement the strategic programming if innovative
technology and product research;
2. Responsible for annual plan, budget, organization and implementation,
progress transaction, patent application and industrial transformation of
all the research and development projects;
3. Responsible for construction, training, motivation of the research
team, improving the entire academic skills to construct the positive
atmosphere;
4. Knowledgeable in the field of the industrial trends, marketing demand
and directing the strategy of technology development;
5. Communicate with the commercial teams to provide new service proposals
and promotions; guarantee the technical support to boost the service
performance.
Requirements:
1. Ph.D. degree in Life Science, preferably Molecular Biology, synthetic
biology or other related discipline;
2. At Least five years’ experience on molecular/gene synthesis, such as
oligo, peptide, protein synthesis, modification and characterization,
oversea experience preferred;
3. Ability of doing scientific research and acquiring new knowledge and
skills;
4. Ability of innovation, team Leadership, and strategic programming;
5. Proactively participating in collaborative projects;
6. Must be able to travel internationally. |
