Location: Monmouth Junction NJ
Responsibilities:
• Maintain existing territory accounts, build customer
relationships by calling and emailing customers on daily basis
• Develop and implement effective territory sales strategies to
secure sales opportunities, develop a network of contacts and new prospects
• Support field sales managers and work closely with the Project
Management and Production teams
• Achieve sales performance goals and objectives for geographical
assignment as established
• Streamline the sales and marketing process for the territory by
carrying out email campaigns, digital advertising, attending trade/vendor
shows
• Develop comprehensive and accurate sales presentations using all
marketing and selling materials
• Effectively prioritize tasks and accomplish responsibilities of
handling customer inquiries, providing timely feedback/updates and
identifying and escalating urgent issues
• Keep records of daily sales activities and send detailed weekly
reports to managers
• Fulfill other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
• BS in Biology (Molecular Biology or other related Life Sciences
preferred)
• Prior biotech sales/BD experience preferred
• Experience with Academic/Research Institutions and biotechnology/
pharmaceutical industries sales is highly desired
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
