background in biomedical research field.
Job Duty
Provide technical support for new and existing customers in biomedical
research field.
Assist customers with experimental design questions and data interpretation.
Troubleshoot customer complaints in a timely manner.
Provide technical support and training for regional sales representatives
and field scientists
Requirement,
M.S. or above in Biomedical Sciences or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, can work independently with minimal supervision
Previous customer experience is a plus
