Currently, we are seeking a Research Scientist/Senior Scientist to join our
research team. He/She will be responsible for method/product development to
support in vitro diagnostic kit development using liquid chromatography-mass
spectrometry technology. This position will be based in San Jose, CA.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop LC-MS method/application on small molecules, proteins and peptides
for clinical applications.
Optimize LC-MS method on sample preparation, LC and MS conditions.
Identify appropriate vendors for reagents and consumables.
Interact with product evaluation and product development teams to support
kit development
Requirements/Qualifications
MS/Ph.D degree in Science (chemistry, biology or related discipline)
2-5 years of hands-on LCMS experience and expertise in small and/or large
molecules method and applications development
Experience in triple quadrupole MS is preferred.
Experience in liquid chromatography or sample preparation is preferred.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to travel 5%
