Manhattan downtown immigration law firm is seeking a Chinese-speaking
paralegal. Candidates must have at least a year or more of relevant
experience with removal proceedings and family-based immigration petitions.
Specific experience should include: applications for asylum (I-589),
adjustment of status (I-485), naturalization (N-400), waivers (I-601/601A/
212), family relatives (I-130), and NVC/consular processing (DS-160/260).
Bilingual in English/Chinese is required!
