职责描述
Responsibility
1、协助制定装配部生产计划，并及时进行跟踪控制，确保实现部门目标；
2、确保装配设备正常运转，协助装配现场的质量控制及质量问题的解决；
3、推动工艺持续改进，包括产能，效率和操作方法等，持续改进生产效率以满足发货
需求；
4、协助建立、领导、执行物料/库存最小化管理。
5、协助组织“5S”现场管理;
6、装配部门体系文件的维护；
7、协助开展部门管理，建立员工培训计划，持续提高员工技能；
8、协助控制部门原材料利用和加班等费用，降低生产成本，确保费用低于预算。
9、协助制定和完善装配部的生产符合相关法律法规，并符合相关的生产流程和质量体
系；
10、完成上级指派的其他任务。
1. Assist in the development of the assembly department's production plan,
and timely follow-up control to ensure the realization of departmental goals
2, to ensure the normal operation of the assembly equipment, to assist in
the quality control of the assembly site and the resolution of quality
problems.
3. Promote continuous improvement of the process, including capacity,
efficiency and operation methods, and continuously improve production
efficiency to meet delivery needs. ,
4. Assist in establishing, leading, and implementing material/inventory
minimization management.
5. Assist in organizing “5S” on-site management;
6. Maintenance of the assembly department system documents.
7. Assist in department management, establish employee training programs,
and continuously improve employee skills.
8. Assist the control department in the use of raw materials and overtime,
reduce production costs, and ensure that costs are lower than budget.
9. Assist in the formulation and improvement of the production of the
assembly department in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and in
line with the relevant production processes and quality systems.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior
任职资格
Qualifications
1、可接受全球轮岗。
2、大专以上学历，机械相关专业，
3、10年以上汽车行业工作经验，5年以上部门管理管理工作经验；
4、机械制造、生产管理、物料管理、质量管理相关知识
5、敬业精神；责任意识；积极主动；团队合作精神；持续改进；学习促进感；公平公
正意识；
1、Accept global job rotation( USA / Mexio / China )
2、College degree or above, mechanical related specialty
3、10+ years working experience in automotive industry, 5 year’s
experiences in management.
4、Have knowledge of mechanical manufacturing, production, material and
quality management
