ABOUT THIS JOB
Harmonia Capital USA Client Relationship Center specializes in providing
professional investment & financial services for high-net-worth individuals
and families. We are currently based on one-to-one service model to provide
the excellent financial & investment products to our clients. Our dedicated
Client Relationship Center is currently headquartered in Houston area and
has other two branches in Los Angeles and New York City.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Independently develop new market opportunities and solicit
prospective advisory clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions,
working with team members to ensure a timely response to all client
questions and concerns.
• Communicate with current clients and maintain the customer
relationship. Analyze clients’ profile including investment objectives,
risk tolerance, time horizon, etc., improving clients’ understanding of the
company’s investment products.
• Work closely with clients during the post-investment period, answer
clients’ inquiries to increase client satisfaction.
• Independently provide clients with asset allocation suggestions.
• Enhance clients and market recognition, expand market resources and
actively seek cooperation opportunities from external agencies.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and Education:
• Bachelor’s degree is required. Preferably in Finance or other
business-related fields.
• Must have 3-5 years working in financial services or client services
(for Sr. Client Relationship Manager).
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial industry and investment &
financial products.
• Candidates passed Series 7, 63, 65 are strongly preferred.
Skill and Knowledge:
• A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, positive
professional attitude and demeanor.
• Demonstrate analytical ability, good judgement, problem solving,
responsibility, personal integrity, and is able to deal with confidential
information on a daily basis.
• Excellent customer service, good oral and written communication
skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work efficiently, effectively and independently to
develop new market opportunities.
• Excellent time management, strong organizational skills, ability to
handle multi-tasks at same time.
• Professional and articulate with strong attention to detail.

主要职责
• 独立地开发新的市场资源并引进新的潜在客户群体。
• 在客户关系维护和客户沟通中充当主要的联络纽带。与团队成员积极合作,及
时解决客户在投资中所遇到的问题。
• 与现有的客户保持紧密沟通,积极维护客户关系。分析客户的个人资料,包括
客户的投资目标、风险偏好、投资期限偏好。增强客户对于公司金融投资产品的理解。
• 在客户的投资后期与客户们保持紧密合作,回答客户的疑问,不断提升客的满
意程度。
• 独立地为客户提供投资建议和资产配置建议。
• 增强客户和市场对于公司的认可度,扩大市场资源并且积极寻求外部机构的合
作机会。
岗位要求
工作经验和学历:
• 大学本科学历或以上。金融或者其它相关的商科专业优先考虑。
• 必须有三到五年在金融机构或者其它客户服务机构工作的经验(对于高级客户
经理要求)。客户经理要求有两年以上相关工作经验。客户助理要求有一年以上相关工
作经验。
• 对于金融行业以及金融投资产品有深入的了解。
• 通过Series 7,63,65考试的优先考虑。若没有通过考试,需要在入职后三个
月内通过公司要求的相关考试。
能力和知识:
• 具有极强的主观能动性,积极的职业态度和得体的言行举止。
• 有出色的分析能力,良好的判断力,解决问题的能力技巧和极强的责任感。同
时可以完全履行公司的保密协议,不向任何的第三方透露客户和公司的信息。
• 出色的客户服务能力以及口头和书面沟通能力。
• 精通常用的办公软件:MS Word,Excel,PowerPoint。
• 可以高效独立地工作,寻求开发新市场地机会。
• 拥有出色的时间管理能力,强大的组织能力以及同时处理多项工作任务的能力。
• 具有较好的专业素养并且善于表达,重视工作中的细节。
