Job responsibilities
• Analyze competitive intelligence, collect and sort out
intelligence information of new cancer drugs in the industry, give written
and oral reports, recommend new targets, research direction of new mechanism
, lead the exploration project, and manage 1-2 new exploration projects as
the project leader
• Put forward the scientific hypothesis, design experiments, data
analysis, hypothesis testing, the control project progress, promote the
project into the formal, formal r&d project director, as a formal project
management research and development project, set up the project goal,
filtering scheme, design of experiment and analysis of data, controls the
direction and progress of the project, promote the project delivered on time
, team building and management, to form a tumor immune or targeted therapy
exploration team, training, and guide the researcher study work, team
performance management: goal setting, performance feedback, performance
evaluation, employee career development guidance.
Qualifications
• Analyze competitive intelligence, collect and organize
intelligence information of new oncology drugs in the industry, give written
and oral reports, recommend new targets, research direction of new
mechanism, lead the exploration project, and manage 1-2 new exploration
projects as the project leader.
• Have a good publication record of professional literature;
• Strong independent thinking ability and literature reading and
retrieval ability;
• Understand the basic knowledge of medicine;
• Put forward the scientific hypothesis, design experiments, data
analysis, hypothesis testing, the control project progress, promote the
project into the formal, formal r&d project director, as a formal project
management research and development project, set up the project goal,
filtering scheme, design of experiment and analysis of data, controls the
direction and progress .
