[Business Banking Development Officer]
Responsibilities:
* Identify, acquire, and grow new relationships with small business
customers.
* Creates opportunities and partners with upper management to discuss
business products and services and onboard customers.
* Partner with market leadership to develop strategies and lead marketing
efforts in a defined territory.
* Assist with processes including identification of new customers, customer
acquisition, initial customer contact, follow-up strategies, identification
of products and services to meet customer's needs, proposal development, and
overall management of new customer acquisition including onboarding.
Qualifications:
* A BS/BA degree or higher in Business, Economics, Management, Finance,
Accounting, or related field
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Experience building and maintaining relationships with prospects, referral
sources, and colleagues
[Financial Analyst]
Responsibilities:
* Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior
management
* Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and
variance reporting
* Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA a
plus.
* 0-2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning
& analysis, investment banking, or other related fields.
* Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
[Investment Analyst]
Responsibilities:
* Developing industry, market sector, and company research and analysis
* Preparing company presentations and other client materials
* Developing financial and valuation models
* Interfacing with clients on a regular basis
Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree in Financial, Accounting, or related field
* Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of technology and finance
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented
environment
[Compliance Officer]
Responsibilities:
* Manage and implement the regulatory compliance rules and regulations for
deposits. lending and retail operations.
* Summarize information for distribution and trains bank staff by
interpreting policies and procedures relative to positions and departments
consistently.
* Review branches and departments' activity on a continuous basis for
sustained compliance with laws and regulations on paying and receiving
operations. Identifies problems and deficiencies report them to the CRO, and
makes recommendations for corrective action.
Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
* 0 - 1 year commercial banking experience; specifically, in developing and
administering compliance management programs.
* Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of bank compliance.
