Ecommerce Specialist
Looking for a detail-oriented person that is great at multi-tasking and
wants to work in a fast-paced environment. We are leaders in the home
textile industry and love to have enthusiastic employees!
About the Role:
This role will report to Ecommerce Manager and is responsible to drive
ecommerce business through online catalog management, promotions, and
account management.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update online product catalog, including setting up new products
and maintaining existing products and category pages.
Perform quality control ensuring product content including listing, imagery,
and pricing are UpToDate.
Assist in managing promotions calendar.
Daily and weekly follow-ups with customers.
Review sales performance by account and by product
Qualifications and Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel and analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
Multi-tasking capabilities and ability to prioritize.
Hard working and dedicated, team player.
Bachelor's Degree.
1+ years’ experience in ecommerce is preferred. |
