check everything several times, only IPs are different.
It was good. when I went back, it was bad.
Don't know what the office-mate had done in the few hours.

intranet web by IP fine, ping etc.
however, not outside.
my guess is the MicroSoft-SHIT trouble.
because when I put IP in browser, I can see that it forward to
search.live.com.
also the status of Network Connection is abnormal slow,however with
packages being sent and received.
I have reconfigured several times.
Reinstallation is not an option, since there are others' documents on it.

gap.
