不到纽约贫困线吧。大伙儿还是应该TIP25-30%左右，最少20%
可以看这篇NYT的文章，文中WAITER抱怨现在的小费收入下降了3个百分点（平均20% 到
了17%）这使得他/她一个星期少收入$300，如此算来她以前一个星期大概收入2K，一年
在100K左右（假定一年休假两个星期，周末不工作）现在收入85K左右，考虑到他们都
是现金收入，税率较低，大概是110-120K一年的收入降低到了95-100K左右，确实有理
由抱怨。
