标 题: Citi才100刀CL申请增加CL被据！！！

没见过这么二的信用卡公司。
这张DIVIDENT已经有将近10年历史。最高有过1万3的CL。后来因为CITI降CB，就没有用
了一两年。被莫名其妙关了帐号，还好电话ARGUE回来，重现ACTIVATE，结果CL降到100
刀。基本没法用。
最近准备买机票，打电话让给加CL，今天居然来了据信：
