ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Have full range of motion in wrists, fingers, and thumbs in order
to utilize computer for a minimum of eight hours daily
· Be able to sit at a computer desk for a minimum of eight hours per
day
· Move various distances frequently to assist associates.
· Have normal or corrected vision to be able to read computer
screens and printouts
· Must be able to accurately hear clients and associates in person
and via telephone
· Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Meet and manage client expectations pursuant to a clear
understanding of client policies |
