he White House said Tuesday that President Barack Obama will delete a
proposal from his budget that would tax college savings plans for some
families, an idea floated just before his State of the Union address, a
White House official said.
The president had proposed taxing college savings accounts called 529s for
wealthier families. That would have helped pay for another proposal: free
community college tuition for many students across the country.

capital gain不收税，那人家以后根本就不放529plan了，他tax个毛啊。
