Flüchtinge Wilkommen）组织将这名穆斯林难民接到了自己家中居住，结果却惨遭强
奸。初审时穆斯林难民还辩称女孩有“幻觉”，所以很可能搞错了强奸者。这一无厘头
的辩词被法官拒绝，难民最后被重判三年半。将在德国监狱中努力学习德语，并争取重
新融入德国社会。 |

the refugee was under lots of mental pressure, stress, and anxiety. He did
not commit this act from his pure and loving heart.
the blame should be on the government, they did not provide the victim with
enough mental counselling and physical relief. it should be them that got
punished, not the already troubled victim. |
