Answer: The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion is an open-world RPG made by bethesda,
it is the game preceeding Skyrim.
The music you hear in the videos is some of the most commonly played ambient
music as you explore the fairly generic fantasy world.
Now, Oblivion has some very stupid NPC dialogue, it's already pretty dumb
when the NPCs are talking to you, but it can become completely incoherent
when two NPCs talk to each other in mostly unconnected snippets that have to
be vague and generic to make any kind of sense.
The videos are simply making fun of real-life encounters that are to stupid
they could have come from a poorly scripted video game.
