标 题: 老板的推荐信，到底要不要？

老板说愿意给我写推荐信，但是他要自己写，然后直接email给律师，不让我看。后来
我跟律师一起审核材料的时候，“不小心”看到了老板的推荐信。上面写着：
Dr. XXX worked very hard in my lab. He did a lot of experiments, but most
of them failed. Only a handful of experiments worked and he published his
results in Nature, the top journal in our field. In this regard, he beat
all of his peers, who obviously failed more experiments.
