离KUMC开车30-40分钟之内,哪里的房子是属于比较好的neibourhood.平均价位;哪里的apartment比较安全.平均价位.
中国餐馆,东方店多吗?

Anywhere outside of Johnson county is not good enough.

KUMC is near the stateline (2 blocks away), that area is fairly safe,
low-income hispanic ppl live around there.
Shawnee Mission, Kansas is your best choice to find an apartment, it's just
10
minutes drive on I-35 from KUMC, but it's a much better community. Futher
south,
cities like Lenexa,Olathe,OP are all pretty good. Just find an apartmentin
these
cities near I-35.
