Dinner will start at 7pm. We will be serving Shanghainese cuisine this time
. The cost is $15 per person. RSVP before Thursday, May 6th
After dinner party will begin at 9pm. $5 by the door, gets you a free drink.

菜单:小点 生煎馒头
冷盘 葱油双笋(莴笋,竹笋) 马兰香干 茴香豆 扣三丝(干丝,鸡丝,
火腿丝) 五香牛肉 海蜇
热菜 素鳝丝 八宝鸭 扬州狮子头 龙井虾仁 西湖醋鱼 咸肉蒸百叶 蛤蛎
蒸蛋 炒青菜
主食 雪里蕻年糕
甜点 玉米烙
“知人难,知味更难”,对美食的美丑媸妍其实很难有有一个标准的定评,也没几人能讲
清楚,只能自己不断的去品尝琢磨体会,就像要在床上称王称霸,一定要身经百战,才能从
不同的艳遇中总结积累经验.其实美食与性是相通的,吃一顿满足的饭就像和食物做了一
次酣畅淋漓的爱,那种人体和食物天人合一的境界,只有懂美食的人才能享受得到.一般
来说,食物的广告并不好写,要是光写材料和简单的制作过程,就沦为烹饪手册,好的饮食
文章要带一点饮食的风情,沾染一点文人的情趣和文化品位,才能读起来隽永有味.
“生煎馒头”,应该算是土生土长的上海风味小吃,师傅把包子一排排的放在锅里用油煎
,煎制过程中还要淋好几次凉水,最后撒上葱花芝麻,才算是大功告成,上半部松软适口,
