Several things which you will need to do :( I am not sure)
1. Pay the Peiyang Fee to the LZU.
2. Go to the education department of gansu province to get the forms
to get
the passport.
But if you quit now , your hukou will go back to your hometown.
Then I think that it is also easy.
You had better go to the educational department of gansu province for
some
information. Some forms need the comments from the employers( the
leader).
