corporate.
1. Participate in minority job fairs, e.g. the Dupont job fair in Delaware,
LA, etc, the Cook County job fair in Chicago, Northwest BLSA, and the Boston
Lawyers Group job fairs in Boston and DC. I'm from a non-14 school, and the
big firm offers I have all come from the minority job fairs.
2. Practice interviewing skills. This is definitely more important than grades

发帖数: 45 | 4 The monority job fair did not bring any offer to me.I am in the south. But it
did help me improve my interview skills. In my case, on-campus interviews are
the most important. All big firms recruits most part of their summer class
from OCI. I absolutely agree with you that practicing interview skills will be
a lot help. Use the career office. Be prepared and enthusiatic.
Anyway, grades are always a big factor in their decision process. Studying
hard in first year will bring a great job in the se | c****y
