发帖数: 5 | 1 recently SEC fines several mutual fund comapanies. But it seems
the companies (not CEOs or big customers who earned a lot from
overtime trading) pay the fines. Is that true? If yes, I didn't
see the meaning of the penalty fines. The individual investors
get hurt twice: 1) during late (overtime) trading 2) during sec
fines, since the companies will put the fines/cost back to
customers.
