发帖数: 99 | 1 Hi,everyone. Finally i made my decision to go for law school.
I am preparing for LSAT. The score flucuates from 150-160. :(
I called the law firms around and asked whether they needed
any volenteers to help out. Not many positive respondences received.
I also called the county court and havent heard back from them.
I really want to get my feet wet in law practice. Working with them,
i believe will give me an edge to law school admission as well.
Any input is highly appreciated. | e***a

I think your situation is better than me, at least you have some industry
experience. I am still working on my PHD thesis now. Which area you want to
volunteer for? IP? I am preparing patent bar/LSAT. I don't know if being a
registered patent agent help in finding at least a volunteer job.
Anyway, good luck and keep us posted. I don't personally know anyone who is
doing this kind of transition. I am kind of afraid of my decision.:(

发帖数: 99 | 3 Hi, I am not interested in IP. For now I am not sure what specific area
i want to do yet. For now I want to be a volenteer in corporation law
and business area. Too bad nobody wants to take me. I will try some
non-profit organizations as Miss Freedom suggested. Good luck to you too.
