Bush wants to permanently eliminate the federal estate and gift tax
(inheritance tax) in 2010. The father of Bill Gates, a prominent Seattle
lawyer, will debate in favor of retaining this tax at UW School of Law on Nov.
22 (next monday), 3:30pm, reception to follow. His opponent is Michael D.
