实在是不忍心看到这么多的同胞被骗了, 大家在请移民律师，特别是华人律师的时候，一
定要小心。
我曾经在华人移民律师事务所工作过几个月，对里面的内幕有一定的了解。 我的建议就
是能不请就不请。这里面说实话真黑啊！一般来说，所有的律师在接案件之前都有各种各
样的许诺，什么绿卡两年下来啊（结果你等个四五年劳工卡才下来)，什么你的
情况我办过很多都没问题啊(他有可能从未办过类似案件），什么劳工卡打广告很便宜啊
（最后就很贵了），统统都是骗人的. 听说有的律师只有在交钱前才能联系到。 我工作
的那个律所的律师就只接新客人的电话。一旦交了钱，客人就只有碰运气了。
一般来说，挂牌律师只负责拉客，不负责办移民。因为移民是技术含量很低的活，所以移
民律师是律师行业里最低的，无论赚多少钱，还是被人看不起，因为没理想没地位没意思
。你要知道你的律师费一付出去，就是paralegal在干你的活， 因为无非就是填表。如果
运气好的话，你可能会碰到一个认真负责的paralegal，并且还有经验。 可是很多律所流
动性很大,paralegal跳槽很频繁， 往往是四五个人经手一个案件 | o****e

the beginning. They can really rob you blind.
People should get a couple of them disbarred to clean up the market.
I totally agree that immigration is the last thing one wants to save money on.
Go with a reputable, publicly visible, established law firm with experienced
attorneys, even if it costs a lot. The one I used and liked is murthy.com, | p*****t
